Project Goals and Objectives
Limit post-fire incision and sediment delivery to Etna Reservoir. Initial implementation was done in 2019. In 2020 many structures were maintaind or rebuilt following a major storm event in 2019 that resulted in the blow-out or breaching of many structures.
Structure Construction Elements
Channel-spanning post-assisted log structures (PALS) constructed of burned juniper available on site.
