Project Goals and Objectives

Increase channel-floodplain connectivity; arrest post-fire incision; improve riparian area

Structure Construction Elements

We built BDAs and PALS using locally available woody material. Where the stream was accessible we used untreated wooden posts to increase the temporary stability of structures. Structures were assessed and maintained in July 2021.
