Project Goals and Objectives

Volunteers built three human-made beaver dams along Seven Mile Creek, just above Johnson Valley Reservoir. These dams' backwater habitats support boreal toads, willows, aspens, beavers, and other wildlife.

Structure Construction Elements

BDAs, non-treated posts, trimmings from forest thinning projects, lots of local sediment.
