Dutch Meadow is the headwater meadow of Diaz Creek and is part of the active Mulkey Grazing Allotment within Golden Trout Wilderness. With active grazing objectives were geared toward reversing the affects of cattle disturbance. Other objectives were to increased aggradation, sedge growth and production, headcut mitigation, as well as increasing connectivity within the inset floodplain.
A total of 41 structures were implemented in Dutch meadow consisting of 25 BDAs, 8 PALS, 2 Hybrid structures (tight PALS), and 1 Log structure.
