Project Goals and Objectives
Improve riverscape health by increasing lateral connectivity to promote riparian growth.
Structure Construction Elements
We used a combination of beaver dam analogues (BDAs) and post-assisted log structures (PALS) to force overbank flow, promote deposition, and channel widening. All structures were built without posts and used juniper that was harvested on site.
