Project Goals and Objectives

The goals of the project were to increase mesic resources for sage grouse by increasing lateral connectivity and incision recovery as well as encourage natural beaver dam activity and expansion in the upper and lower project area by reinforcing existing dams and creating deep water habitat.

Structure Construction Elements

We built BDAs and PALS using locally harvested juniper and willow. We built both post-assisted and postless restoration structures.
