Project Goals and Objectives
Restoration of wetlands and riparian areas historically maintained by beavers that had been extirpated. Hope to attract beavers back to the area. Improved fish and wildlife habitat and restoration of a few eroding banks were also goals.
Structure Construction Elements
Used posts and branches sourced from the area including willow cuttings to encourage some additional willow sprouting.
